Trainers

Trainers bring their unique perspective to the delivery of exercises and activities associated with given Workouts. Trainers will want to personalise the workshop session according to their background and work experience. The exercises and activities will be "pre-packed" ready for use. The format of a workout session will be along the lines of:

  • Introduction
  • Aims
  • Activities and Exercises
  • Feedback: trainer to students, students to trainer
  • Assessments (if appropriate)
  • Next Workout Overview

The underlying aim of the workouts is to give members a fun and active, participative learning experience delivered by practicing business people. The actual WorkShop will be supported and co-facilitated at the direction of the guest Trainer by one or two student interns.
