Mentors

Mentors offer specific industry sector advice to Enterprise Gym teams. The university would introduce the team to a suitable Mentor from an approved list of Mentors, leaving the details of how often the two parties would meet, when and where to be jointly agreed. Mentoring is anticipated to take place over a 10 week period over one semester. Typically, a Mentor and a team may feel that one meeting supported by weekly phone calls over the period is quite sufficient. Mentors are encouraged to come along to the weekly "Half"-time sessions.
